End of year message from our Principal:
The curtain came down on the 2024/'25 school year for us on Thursday 26th June 2025. It was a year full of learning and activity. We welcomed Ms. Cummins back for a second year, while Mrs. Amond joined our staff in October. We accepted four new junior infants in September and said goodbye to our five 6th class pupils in June. We took part in many new projects, activities and competitions and continued the ones in which we have been involved for many years. We celebrated First Penance, First Holy Communion, Catholic Schools' Week and raised money for some very worthwhile causes. We went on trips, welcomed speakers & held workshops in our school. Most of all we had a happy, safe and productive school year. We ended the year by saying goodbye to Ms. Cummins, whose time with us ended when we closed for the summer. The school community wished her well and thanked her for her contribution to the school. We will re-open on Wednesday 27th August 2025 and look forward to keeping you updated on all the happenings in The Swan NS.
